Andy Partington leads the work of Novō Communities and Novō Adventures.
Andy has served as Director of Training at London School of Theology, in local church leadership in the UK, Bolivia, and Nicaragua, and as CEO of Yeldall Manor, an addiction treatment centre in the southeast of England.
Andy is the author of Hope In Addiction: Understanding and Helping Those Caught in It’s Grip and Church and State.
For much of the last 20 years, Andy and his wife, Mickey, along with their five children, have made their home in Latin America.
David Salazar leads Novō’s work in Bolivia. David trained as an architect at the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz (UPSA) and is a graduate of the Haggai International Institute for Advanced Leadership.
He served for 11 years as the Director of Monte Blanco, a Christian Camp and Conference Center in Bolivia, following training at Hume Lake Christian Camp in California. David is part of the leadership of Dios Con Nosotros Church.
David is married to Roxana, with one daughter and four grandchildren.
