Across Nigeria, addiction is silently destroying lives. Young people with once bright futures, fathers who once provided for their families, and mothers who held their homes together are finding themselves trapped in a cycle of addiction with nowhere to turn
The reality is stark, rehabilitation centres are scarce and often unaffordable for those who need them most. Without intervention, more families will suffer in silence, and more lives will be lost.
Our Vision
A Sanctuary for Healing & Transformation
In Kaduna, northern Nigeria, Novō Communities, in collaboration with Life Challenge Nigeria, is taking action to provide a lasting solution. Together, we are establishing the “Sabon Rai Novō Community,” a dedicated recovery centre that serves as a sanctuary for healing and transformation.
More than just a treatment facility, this will be a place where individuals receive professional care, grace-based recovery, and the long-term support needed to rebuild their lives.
The Sabon Rai Novō Community will offer:
- Residential Recovery Community: A Christ-centred community that removes individuals from high-risk environments.
- Professional Therapy: Individual and group sessions addressing trauma, mental health, theroot causes of addiction, and relapse-prevention strategies.
- Skills Training: Empowerment to help individuals reintegrate into society and achieve financial independence.
